The client came with a vision of the desired solution – an application allowing them to control the costs of the logistics services providers – from packaging and storage to order delivery.
They asked us to:

• Develop and launch an application for validation and analysis of Big Data on goods storage, packaging, and shipment;
• Introduce an opportunity to receive 3PL and carrier performance tracking, including time-in-transit (TNT) analytics;
• Provide the features necessary to combine the e-commerce order fulfillment data on one platform to visualize data better, quickly identify billing errors, and maintain operations transparency. 

Our team has implemented a design prototype, an expanded MVP version of the product, providing more features than we promised. Now we continue to improve the MVP according to the business goal and client’s wishes.

The delivered outcomes include:

• Successful integrations with third-party services to scan the 3PL invoices, contracts, and carrier networks to reconcile bills and exclude possibilities of overcharges;
• Development of the feature allowing users to request refunds by submitting an official letter with the identification of the order and invoice number, error detected, and the overly charged sums directly from the platform.
